In accordance with the Rules laid down by Ministry of Labour & Transport, Govt. of Nepal, the following documents are required from foreign employers (Host Country) to enable Pandora to process the application for selection of Nepali Nations. The same documents will be required to be submitted at the Nepalese Embassy/Consulate at the Host Country, The Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the recruiting company or party seeking attestation of documents in connection with employment of Nepali Nations in the Host Country.
1. Demand Letter: From the Employer
2. A”POWER OF ATTORNEY”: Given to Recruitment Agency appointing them as their representative in Nepal.
3. Agency Agreement: Between Employer and Agency.
4. Employment Contract: It should incorporate the following items in details
Employee’s job Title and Position/Duties & Responsibilities
Basic Monthly Salary/Wages
Probation Period
Duration of Contract
Criteria & penalties for violation of Contract.(applicable to both parties)
Settlement procedure incase of dispute between Employer and Employee.
Air passage/Airport Clearance & Internal Transportation.
Accommodation
Supply of Electricity and Water
Food
Working Hours
Working Days
Overtime
Age
Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holiday.
Increment
Medical Facilities/ Annual Medical Examination Fees
Compensation for Injury sustained and loss of body parts
Insurance Policy
Death Compensation & Reparation of dead body with belongings
Employees provident Fund
Restriction
Other Benefits
Termination of Services & Repatriation of terminated Employees
5. Guarantee letter: A letter by the Employer ensuring that the workers will remain and work in the host country within the contract period.
Note 1: The Managing Director/Chief Executive of the company must sign
The Documents.
Note 2: Nepalese Embassy/Consulate at the host country, must attest every
page of the documents presented to them for attestation.
